About the Course
A weekend of fun and relaxation. This weekend is about taking care of our well-being with time in nature, on the lake (kayak, paddle boards) and in the meditation dome with yoga practice to relax and to energize. Healthy and delicious meals all weekend with some guided activities, time to play and time to unwind. It's a truly unique well being experience. Open to clients, peers, and friends of Sarah.
